HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Ridgeland High School in Rossville, Ga. ...Helped lead Ridgeland to two playoff appearances, which included a trip to the Sweet 16 and a sub-region championship in 2009...Recorded 18 wins with a 0.17 earned run average and 237 strikeouts in 2009......Named first team All-State and second team Chattanooga Times Free Press Best of Preps and was selected to the Walker County Dream Team and Georgia-Tennessee All-Star game in 2009...In 2008, received Walker County Dream Team and second team All-State honors...Also played basketball at Ridgeland.
